These general terms and conditions of sale govern the sale of products on our website https://cremecurated.com. Published by SASU Creme Curated represented by Kévin Magalhaes.

1. Orders: By placing an order on our site, you agree to purchase the products you have selected at the prices indicated. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse any order at any time and for any reason.

2. Prices: The prices indicated on our site are in euros and do not include delivery costs. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

3. Payment: We accept payment by credit card or PayPal. Payments are due at the time of order. We reserve the right to refuse any payment or order for any reason.

4. Delivery: Orders are generally shipped within 2 to 10 business days. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has been shipped. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact us directly via email: contact@cremecurated.com.

International customers are not able to prepay customs or other applicable fees at checkout. The price listed on the respective item page includes VAT only.

5. Returns and Exchanges: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for a refund (excluding shipping costs).

Non-returnable items: Socks and USB card.

To make a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Returns must be made within 14 business days of delivery.
- Returned items must be unworn and complete.

Once the items are received and inspected, a refund will be issued for the returned items. We are not responsible for the risk of loss or damage during return shipping.

As a general rule, you will receive the refund within 10 business days.

6. Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights relating to the products sold on our site are reserved. You may not reproduce, copy, modify, publish or distribute these products without our prior written permission.

Shipping

Orders are typically shipped within up to 7 calendar days.

France: 2-3 calendar days (Colissimo)
Worldwide: 4-10 calendar days (Standard)

Note: During the sales period, delivery times are extended by 14 days. Thank you for your understanding.

You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order ships. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 10 calendar days of placing your order, please contact us directly by email: contact@cremecurated.com.

International customers may not prepay for any applicable customs or duties upon check out. The price listed on the item's respective page includes only VAT.

International Delivery and Non-Receipt

In the case of international delivery, the customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and for ensuring that the parcel can be received at the delivery location.

If a parcel is returned to the sender due to non-receipt, an incomplete or incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to pay customs duties or taxes, all return and re-shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.

If the returned parcel is received by the seller, the customer may choose between:re-shipment of the order (upon payment of the new shipping costs), or a refund of the order amount excluding the original shipping fees and any return costs.

In the event that the parcel is lost during the return process, the seller cannot be held responsible and no refund will be issued.

Returns

In accordance with European consumer law, customers located in the EU have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days from the day they receive the order.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for a refund (excluding shipping costs).

Non-returnable goods: Socks and USB card.

Sales items (Black Friday and promo code including) are not refundable. They can only be exchanged for a e-store credit or for a different size.

Exchanges are accepted only for items delivered in Metropolitan France.

Customers must contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery. Items must be returned unworn and in original condition.

Once received and inspected, we will send the replacement item if available. Return and re-shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
